On November 26-27, 2025, Lunox HR International S.A. attended two events of regional importance organized in Tashkent, Uzbekistan: the 3rd European Union – Central Asia Economic Forum and the Investors Forum on the Trans-Caspian Transport and Connectivity Corridor.
Our company was represented by Mr. Dragoș Gruia, CEO of Lunox HR, and Mr. Iulian Mareș, Public Relations Specialist within the International Development Department. Lunox HR was one of only two Romanian firms participating in the aforementioned forums, alongside Comvex S.A., represented by Mr. Viorel Panait, General Manager, and Mr. Cătălin Costache, an expert in European funds at Comvex S.A.
Through our delegation’s participation in these two forums hosted by the Uzbek capital, Lunox HR aimed to explore the business opportunities currently presented by Uzbekistan. This included the recruitment of labor from this region and the supply of Uzbek workers for the relevant market in Romania, as well as establishing connections with the business community and authorities from Uzbekistan and other Caspian states present at the events organized under the auspices of the European Union – Central Asia partnership. We thus succeeded in promoting our company’s image within the business environments of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Georgia, and initiated a dialogue with potential commercial partners from Germany—a European state represented at both events by a large number of companies from various economic sectors.
