Iulian Mareș, a member of the Lunox HR International S.A. team, has been selected as an expert on the Romanian labor market for the Dual Education Program. This program will be implemented by the National Centre for the Development of Vocational and Technical Education, under the auspices of the Swiss-Romanian Cooperation Programme, starting in 2027. The goal of this program is to optimize the national legislation and educational practices specific to dual education, with contributions from experts in both the public and private sectors, as well as through the transfer of know-how from Switzerland.

Our colleague was selected for this program through a competitive process, which serves to confirm the expertise and experience Lunox HR possesses within our country’s labor market. This opportunity to participate in the selection process was brought to our attention by the Chamber of Commerce Switzerland – Romania, of which our company is a member, and we thank them for their excellent collaboration. Lunox HR’s involvement in this program will allow us to provide inputs regarding the training and professional qualification needs currently facing the Romanian economy, as observed firsthand through our specific activity as a workforce provider for local and international clients.
